Ate a #11 Country Club with tomato, lettuce, onions, pepper spread and dijon mustard. Started feeling stabbing pains in my stomach about 3 hours after, threw up 4 times between 5 hours and 10 hours after and had bad diarrhea in the morning. Also had terrible chills all night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
