Only ate mash potatoes with gravy at 6pm 10/1/18. 3hrs later very sick! I know it was this spacific food as had not eaten anything else since lunch. Please investigate and stop others getting very sick!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
