Fever 101.9 was the highest. Projectile vomiting, explosive straight water diarrhea, severe headache, dizzy and extremely weak. 2 thighs coleslaw and mashed with gravy was consumed on Thursday July 11th at 1pm. Symptoms began 3 am Friday morning  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Dizziness, Weakness
