Lost appetite after replacing chicken thrill meal, despite eating only a few bites of the original breast, wing, chips & mint shake. Approx 1-2 hours later.. nausea, vomiting and abdominal cramping! with slight fever. 12+ hours later.. kept hydrated 2-3L water & 2x lots of paracode, but…
