Ordered 3 pieces of chicken colonels meal on Monday mid afternoon Approximately 3pm, delivered by deliveroo now on Wednesday morning I woke up with bad wind, diarrhoea, vomiting, abdominal cramps and foul breath and gas.

Ate chicken at 6oclock, woke up around 3 to violent sickness and diarrhea. Only myself got sick.

Went to kfc about half 7 last night in walkden I got A mighty bucket for one and 2 flaming hot wraps chips gravy I got my child chicken popcorn and chips and my partner got a wicked yinger meal with 2 hot wings
