My son and I both had a Fillet Burger meal at 13.30 today and we both been violently ill an hour after eating, whilst my husband and other son had Boneless banquet box and are fine.

Megabox Meal Causes Illness

I ordered the megabox meal for a friend and I on the 13th May. After 12 hours, both of us were sick to the point of vomiting blood. Another friend ordered the boneless chicken and had no symptoms of food poisoning.
