Romaine lettuce, I ate and a few hours later started to feel nauseous and sick. I threw up and most of what I threw up was the salad I had eaten and then I woke up the next morning with diarrhea and stomach cramps

Lucky Charms Trigger Vomiting

I have had this happen 2 times out of the same box. I eat a little bit of the lucky charms just plain no milk and within 20-39 min I throw up the lucky charms and anything eaten after it. The second time I ate nothing but the lucky charms
