Ate a snack at 9:30 yesterday and almost immediately my stomach started rumbling. By 3:30 I started throwing up a little and by 8:00 or so was sever. Started diarrhea about 8 and still have that as of 1:30pm today. I’m from Defiance Ohio  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache

Romaine lettuce, I ate and a few hours later started to feel nauseous and sick. I threw up and most of what I threw up was the salad I had eaten and then I woke up the next morning with diarrhea and stomach cramps  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

I have had this happen 2 times out of the same box. I eat a little bit of the lucky charms just plain no milk and within 20-39 min I throw up the lucky charms and anything eaten after it. The second time I ate nothing but the lucky charms  | Symptoms: Vomiting
