March 30, 2026. Ate for dinner last night with whole family. Within hours we were all cramping and feeling nauseous. Vomitting through the night. Fever, chills, and diarrhea.

Chicken Alfredo Causes Diarrhea

I ate the healthy choice chicken Alfredo with broccoli at 6 and by 9pm that day my stomach was bubbling and got diarrhea. The sauce was a little runny but everything tasted okay for the most part.

Markdown Meat Causes Illness

Bought a pack of mark down meat from krogers Arlington TX. Went home cooked an ate the meat with pasta. Meat was cooked well done in oven. Not even one hour after eating meat stomach pains. Then came the bloody diaharrea. Only threw up once.
