Salad Sparks Severe Symptoms

Had a salad for lunch a day ago and had a bad tummy after that evening with pain. Ate a bit more the next night on a sandwich and have been vomiting, diarrhea, body aches and head pain all day. Motrin has relieved my head. Been able to eat bread and eggs since this morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Body Ache, Headache
