I bought a box of Honey Nut Cheerios. I was having extremely painful bowel problems every time I ate a bowl. I know it was the Cheerios because I would have a bowl about 2 weeks apart and I only have bowel problems after I ate it.... I was eating it with almond milk. Even when I ate it dry as a snack I still had problems | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

I ate the Ghost burger and 2 of the doubles an a few fries. About 3:00am I became nauseous in my sleep. My mouth became watery and my stomach was churning. I barely had time to grab a bucket and sit on the toilet. I was vomiting and had diarrhea simultaneously. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other
