Pepperoni Crust Causes Diarrhea

3/19/26, consumed the pepperoni stuffed crust as well as bread sticks. I was sharting out sawdust. I had to jump out of bed and dash to the restroom because I was genuinely about to shit myself. My 3 friends who also ate it had diarrhea as well. I've had bubble guts all day.
