Other symptoms include joint pain and extreme lethargy. Only vomited one time first night.

Onset exactly 48 hours after birthday dinner with party of 24 people. Currently reaching out to other guests to politely ask if they had symptoms as well.

Me and my wife had a filet, ribeye and Caesar salads plus a cheesecake dessert. About 10 hours later we both began vomiting and diarrhea for the next 24 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
