I noticed the "Wild West Shrimp" tasted like its been dipped in water to notice it was partially cooked. The cook came back and exchanged it out for another order which was even worse, the batter was partially raw, I had the MAC n Cheese and also served uncooked, now I have severe diarrhea.

I ate a small prime rib on Sunday November 25, 2018. Sunday night started nausea and vomiting. It is now fri 11/30. I have been hospitalized because of the poisoning and STILL am on clear liquids.
