Both my son and I had the Carnitas plate last night for dinner and became ill several hours later. So far we both had experienced roughly 5 hours of severe camps, and diarrhea.

Enchilada Illness: Diarrhea, Fever

Tuesday night June 30,2020 my husband I shared a ground beef enchilada that had lettuce and tomato on it. Within six hours I developed diarrhea and began several days of fevers and diarrhea and vomiting. It still has not resolved. My husband has the same symptoms.

I ate beef and chicken enchilada plate and was violently sick with diarrhea starting within 30 minutes of leaving restaurant throughout the night.
