Well I had two chicken bakes, and then pretty certain I was balancing a fine line between life and death. I remember the woman who served me, she didn’t seem happy, but then I don’t remember much else except for my lovely girlfriend who ensured I survived.

Vegan Sausage Roll Illness

Vegan sausage roll, only thing consumed that day. Couple of hours later laid up in agony with a terrible stomach ache, vomiting, diarrhoea and fever.
Don’t usually stoop to such low grade food but arm was twisted by a friend. Instant regret. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain
