Suspect either the shrimp aguachile and/or Crema sauces that I ordered for dinner. The next 24hrs have been brutal. Vomiting, diarrhea, fever, chills, lots of fatigue. Was worried I lost so much fluids that I scheduled a doctor house visit for an IV and some antibiotics. Recovery has been slow.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Fatigue
