Got a McAlister's Club and potato salad on 4/6/26 for dinner and woke up this morning with intense nausea and stomach pains. I've been throwing up and can't move without feeling nauseous. Also can't keep food down.

eat a bread bowl and once I finished it I notice i was eating a bowl filled with mold.
