About an hour ago, I’m almost 100% sure it was lettuce I woke up about a half hour ago and felt really sharp pains in my stomach and thought it was a normal stomach bug. It wouldn’t go away though and I knew something was wrong.

Breakfast Sandwich Illness Strikes

Ordered a sausage and egg breakfast sandwich. Two bites in it tasted off. The whole thing was luke warm and floppy. Damage was done. Nausea and cramping within 30 mins. Vomiting and violent diarrhea soon after. Still sick 3 hours later.
