Had a breakfast Monday 30th of may. Double sausage egg Mc muffin. Didn’t taste right. Hours later had bad pain in lower abdomen. I have been vomiting and had water diarrhoea since, belly cramps that Come and go and chills. It’s now Thursday and symptoms are still the same.

Undercooked poultry and the smell of raw food met me this afternoon as I ate my McChicken Sandwich and to make it worse the staff refused to give me a refund because “I already ate half of it”. Food Poisoning and Bad Customer Service??
