Bought and ate a Big Mac value meal with a Coke on 11/7/2025. Within hours had cramps and diarrhea twice. Early the next morning (today) had chills overnight and nausea, with vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Cramps

Ordered a gravy biscuit. 2 hours later I was cramping. Four hours later I was vomiting, diarrhea, cramping, chills and overall weak. I am still cramping horribly 24 hours later.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness, Chills
