Yesterday McDonald's French fries Husband consumed small amount and was extremely gassy. I've had diarrhea and bleeding but not vomiting. The abdominal pain was horrible!

Milkshake Causes Explosive Diarrhea

I'm pretty sure I got diarrhea from milkshake from there I had the milkshake at noon and woke up with diarrhea around midnight. Not exactly diarrhea but explosive brown water,.. no form at all. Three times throughout the night.

Iced Coffee Illness Alert

Yesterday morning when we went through the drive thru I had an ice coffee that didn’t taste quite right. I drank a quarter of it and the 15 minutes later I was vomiting it up on the side of the highway. My bf got a breakfast sandwich & was in the bathroom for hours a little over an hour later.
