In January 28th at 2:38 PM I bought 20 piece chicken nuggets and 2 medium fries from my son and I. Around 2-3 AM, my son and I woke up with severe abdominal pain and projectile vomiting. The vomit had French fries in it, not digested. Abdominal pain continued for couple days with nausea.

My daughter went to the ER twice in 1 day after eating chicken nuggets I called restaurant twice and person who I could not understand told me to go fill out a form. Going to call tomorrow and call the health department as well
