Mushy Chicken Sandwich Illness

I ate a Big Mac and felt absolutely fine, I then proceeded to eat what I can only describe as a mushy mc chicken sandwich and within a few minutes felt really ill. Feeling really nauseous and just really unwell in general.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
