“Around 8:30 am I purchased McGriddle meal (6), with orange juice and coffee, After 20 minutes of eating the hashbrowm on the way to my work I started feeling weak, Very cold, headache, and Nauseas, the symptoms kept increasing pregresively, Then I started having a huge pain in my legs, for one mom... See Moreent my coworker wasn’t sure if he should call 911 on me for my terrible situation, I was mot able to atand or seat due to the pain in my legs, I vomited several times. “Had cheeseburger I was the only one who bought it, had the number 7, combo. I ate everything was normal, 30 mina after I finished my stomach started to hurt 4 out of 10, then 15mins later cramps at a 8/10 on the pain scale along with diarrhea non stop
