Chicken Sandwich Causes Illness

I had mcdonalds for lunch, the chicken sandwich with bacon and Honey Mustard and French fries with Hi-C. Within a couple of hours of eating there I experienced explosive Diereaha and vommited every single hour for 12 hours. I also have a fever and chills. Mcdonalds is the only thing I ate all day.
