ER Visit After McDonald's Meal

In December I ate in the morning a coffee and a egg, cheese bisquit, that night I had a quarter pounder and fries with an ice tea 3 hours later I had to go to the ER, had fever, vomiting stomach pain and diarrhea . I also are there the night before but not any more  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
