What is this? ?Let me tell you what it is!!! It's an undercooked QtrLb w/Chz.. 1 of 3 that was given to my wife. Whom as you can see ate it before realizing it wasn't cooked. This is unacceptable!!! Do I need to show y'all how to cook an Effin burger!!!?

I had food poisoning last nite from McDonald’s West palm on 45th street east of congress from the Sw chicken salad. Threw up all nite and morning. Fever. Diarrhea. Feel dizzy now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness

Nuggets, Smoothie Cause Illness

I ordered 10 piece nugget meal with a mango smoothie and the next morning around 6:30am I woke up to a bad stomach ache and vomit. The whole entire day I had a high fever, excessive vomiting and diarrhea. I felt weak in my legs which were also hurting and made it a pain to walk.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness, Stomach Pain
