Went to McDonald’s for breakfast and my boyfriend got an egg and cheese biscuit. He said the biscuit was dried out but tasted good. Later that night he was as aggressively sick.

About 2 weeks ago I stopped to get a double cheeseburger. I ate it before going about my business. Less than an hour later I started having cramps, nausea and diarrhea. I will not go back to that store and may avoid altogether.

I ordered a 10 piece MC nuggets and a big mac on February 5th and later that night I became extremely thirsty and nauseated so by the time morning came I had a fever and nausea
