8/27/2025 McDonald's Had sausage egg mcmuffin 35 minutes later toilet throwing up and severe stomach pain sweaty high blood pressure constantly throwing up. 2 hours later extreme case of diarrheas more throwing up just from the smell. Never Again.

Ate here with my mom for breakfast next day we both ended up in the ER puking.
