8/27/2025 McDonald's Had sausage egg mcmuffin 35 minutes later toilet throwing up and severe stomach pain sweaty high blood pressure constantly throwing up. 2 hours later extreme case of diarrheas more throwing up just from the smell. Never Again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
