I ordered chicken McNuggets from the McDonald's on 82nd Street and 112th Avenue through skip a dish at about 829 at night by 2:00 in the morning I have severe stomach cramping throwing up diarrhea repeatedly for the next 24 hours  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache, Cramps
