McDonald's, Grahams Road, Falkirk, UK

Do not eat here, standards are pathetic, just eat is handed out before in store customers which just shows they do not care about anything other than the cash they take. I had ordered a very small order of 2 double cheeses burgers, cheese was not even … See More
melted and the burger was bordering cold by the time I was leaving the store, starving as this is why I dropped in before work. I have now been violently ill with explosive diarrhoea for 2 days straight and missed 2 days of wages. This is the only place I have eaten and also a colleague has had a very similar experience in this place only. Not sure the staff are trained in cross contamination or training in health and hygiene. Makes sense when you see the standard of staff in the kitchen, one of the guys I went to college with, 16 years of age, was started and shoved in the kitchen to prepared food without being trained on any of the above points. If this isn't bad store management then I don't know what is. Will not be back for the lukewarm food that makes you ill, unmelted cheese shows the food possibly was never heated to the correct temperature hence the bacteria build up and illness, also the drinks never taste the way they should, you buy coke and it taste of Fanta, If I wanted Fanta I would order one 🤦‍♂️ be warned this place may make you ill 😭  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
