3/30/24 ate hillshire farms chicken breast lunch meat and felt sick after eating it on two separate occasions. Started vomiting, a couple days of nausea and diarrhea.

Yesterday, We think food poisoning from grapes One adult and two children. The adults symptoms started around 8pm last night about 4 hours after the grapes. The children got sick in the middle of the night and morning
