Pepperoni Causes Prolonged Diarrhea

Pepperoni and cheese cracker plate, I took a cheese meat and cracker plate to the beach with some friends and our children. My son and I are the only ones who ate it and I’m the only one who ate the pepperoni. Less than 24 hours later I started having severe diarrhea that is now going on day 5!

Protein Shake Ill Effects

Drank slim fast protein caffeine (chocolate) at 8:30am. Within an hour, stomach was hurting and jittery, and having hot flashes. It took 24 hours of sleeping, Gatorade and Tylenol, to feel better.
