Only ate at the hotel. Nonstop diarrhea since the morning after our first evening at the resort. I would say I’m getting used to the food but I was in Mazatlan less than 6 months ago and had no issues.

Didn’t eat anywhere other than the hotel and have had the worst stomach pains and diarrhea, I live in Mexico full time and have done for the past 6 months with no problems so it definitely isn’t a case of getting used to the food.
