Had butterfly chicken, chips & sweetcorn. Garlic sauce. Ice cream from machine. Started with severe stomach cramps followed by vomiting etc within 2 hours of eating.

Not ate all day, drank water .... had a Nando’s at 6pm butterfly chicken, rice and creamy mash... 4 hours later got stomach cramps, temp and feeling nausea. 6 hours later vomiting and diarrhoea for 12 hours
