Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
Suspected source: I have stomach problem and I can’t eat spicy things. Restaurant put a spicy pepper in my plate and I eat it, they didn’t put any warning or ingredients explaining at their menu.
