I had the Pasta with shrimp and crab (cannot remember name) and it seemed fine? Soupy, a little apart from normal, but fine. I hadn’t had anything else in the day that could have caused this, but I got home just a few hours later and I have not been off the toilet since. Absolutely unwell.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Fly Presence, Stomach Cramps

Went to north Italia around 12:00pm on 7/7/2024 , I ordered STROZZAPRETI and it tasted “off” . I ate a bit of it , noticed a large fly presence in the kitchen area, at about 7 pm I experienced very intense stomach cramps and pain. The pains continued into 7/8/24 where I had severe diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
