My girlfriend and I split bread, chicken pesto pasta last night at the bar and also the tiramisu and have been so ill for the last 48 hours and it has to be food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
