Ordered a chicken alfredo with salad and breadsticks. Salad came first and a few minutes after eating it, I started to feel nauseated. When the pasta came, I barely ate any of it due to the fact of how sick I felt.

Had the chicken gnocchi soup, house salad, and shrimp alfredo for dinner. Started having diarrhea in the early morning, repeatedly, and then fever and chills.
