I doordashed mushroom chicken, orange chicken and rice and within an hour I was shitting my brains out on the toilet. That was the only thing I had eaten within a couple hours span and the pain started almost immediately.

My wife ordered (I had something different) some orange chicken/walnut shrimps/fried rice yesterday afternoon, we ate around 4:15 PM.
