Pink Chicken Causes Illness

I went to the restaurant and ordered the food: chow mein, orange chicken, egg rolls. I bit into a piece after i had already eaten a good amount to them see that the chicken was pink. I instantly got diarrhea and started vomiting. I am still very nauseous.

Orange Chicken bowl over chow mein from there Son got sick after eating. One person. Happened within an hour of eating.
