24 hours after eating a orange chicken bowl with noodles. I became to have stomach cramping, diarrhea, & vomiting.

On Friday June 23rd at 930pm I ate the fried rice and orange chicken. Six hours later I had horrible pains and sickness. Two days later it worsened with sharp pains, diarrhea and naesuous and chills. The stomach pains are so severe.

All I had was a bowl of chow mein and veggies and I'm in so much pain I can't handle it. the chow mein seemed kinda on the oily side but I ate it anyway because I didn't think id feel sick after. Literally, not even 10-15…
