I ordered plain rice, chicken with mushrooms, and Kung Pao chicken. My husband had honey walnut shrimp and Beijing beef.

I ate my food, and felt ill, a few hours later I threw up, and had diarrhea. My husband was fine. I was sick all night.

I went to work, and came home, I am still sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
