Shrimp Steak Meal Illness

I ate the shrimp with steak and it looked delicious. It tasted really good, about 2 hours later I had stomach pain. later that night I woke up to stomach cramps and barely made it to the toilet  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain

Chow Mein Causes Illness

Ate there twice. First time I felt queasy for a few hours then threw up until my stomach was empty. Second time about an hour after I had extreme diarrhea. Not fun. Had chow mein both times. Wonder if that was it? Doubt I'll ever go back. Still recovering from that second bout.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
