9/22/21 7pm. had half portion each of Hiney Walnut Shrimp, Chicken w/Green Beans, and Angus Steak. Nausea started around 11:00pm and body-wracking throwing up at 1:00am. Threw up total of 7 times, last time 4:00 am. then this morning i have diarrhea. Has to be this, as…

i ordered the teriaki chicken with chow mein. the next morning i started feeling nauses and coulnt keep food down. i am most certain something i ATE AT PANDA IS THE CAUSE FOR FOOD POISONING.
