9/22/21 7pm. had half portion each of Hiney Walnut Shrimp, Chicken w/Green Beans, and Angus Steak. Nausea started around 11:00pm and body-wracking throwing up at 1:00am. Threw up total of 7 times, last time 4:00 am. then this morning i have diarrhea. Has to be this, as it’s all i’d eaten since noon that day when I shared a salad with a friend for her birthday, and she didn’t get sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
