I got lunch at 10:45. After eating I felt sick pretty quickly. After a few hours the diharria and vomiting started accompanied with horrible stomach pains and chills.

01/03/2022, Teriyaki chicken/ beef n broccoli I ate the food at nighttime on January 2nd 2022, 10-15 hrs later when I finally woke up I felt awful my eyes were hurting I had a headache my stomach was messed up I had nausea n stayed in bed…
