Broccoli Soup Causes Illness

Ate broccoli cheddar soup around 11:30 am. Immediately after finishing, got severe stomach pains and went to the bathroom. Was vomiting and having diarrhea for about 45 minutes in the Panera bathroom. It’s been about 6 hours and still having intermittent sharp stomach pains.

Greek Salad Causes Diarrhea

I ate the "Modern Greek Salad with Quinoa" for lunch today... and have used the bathroom 8 times since then. My stomach is knotted with painful cramps. I only had a piece of plain toast for breakfast so 99% sure that something in the salad was the culprit.
